Cancellation Policy
At BRONZEBAR.TANS, your experience is thoughtfully curated with care and precision. To provide every client with the highest standard of service, the following policies are in place:
✨Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance at the time of service.
✨Reschedule Limit
Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times. After the second reschedule, full payment is required upfront to book future appointments.
✨Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens. To honor the time and preparation involved, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules
Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service.
✨Final Sales
All services are final sale. Refunds are not issued for completed services or appointments paid in full.
